From Treaty Peoples to Treaty Nation
a Road Map for All Canadians
Treaties Recognition Week serves to acknowledge the importance of Treaties and to enhance understanding of Treaty rights, Treaty relationships, and their contemporary relevance among patrons, students, and residents. This initiative was established in response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action, which emphasize the need to promote awareness of Treaties.
