Place your permit on your rear-view mirror and enjoy free day use of any of the beautiful Ontario Parks in the Thunder Bay area! There are many other Library Members waiting for their opportunity to borrow an Ontario Parks Pass. To ensure their prompt return so that others may enjoy their use, Thunder Bay Public Library has applied late fees to all Ontario Parks Passes. You must return your Ontario Parks Pass within one week. Late fees of $20/day will be charged for passes returned late. Passes not returned one week after their due date will be billed out at their full value of $254.25.
