There are many other Library Members waiting for their opportunity to borrow an Art Gallery Pass. To ensure their prompt return so that others may enjoy their use, Thunder Bay Public Library has applied late fees to all Passes. You must return your Pass within one week. Late fees of $20/day will be charged for passes returned late. Passes not returned one week after their due date will be billed out at their full value.
