The Explore Card Parking Pass permits day-use/parking at the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority’s (LRCA) ten Conservation Areas, including:

• Mission Island Marsh
• Cascades
• Hazelwood Lake
• Hurkett Cove
• Cedar Falls
• Silver Harbour
• Little Trout Bay
• Wishart
• Mills Block
• MacKenzie Point

Visitors to Conservation Areas must always keep dogs on-leash and picked up after. Alcohol, fires, and overnight camping are prohibited. Conservation Areas operate from dawn until dusk. For more information about the LRCA’s ten Conservation Areas, please visit www.lakeheadca.com.

There are many other Library Members waiting for their opportunity to borrow a Pass. To ensure their prompt return so that others may enjoy their use, Thunder Bay Public Library has applied late fees to all Passes. You must return your Pass within one week. Late fees of $20/day will be charged for passes returned late. Passes not returned one week after their due date will be billed out at their full value.
